What is a full lace wig?
Our full lace wigs are all hand made with a lace cap. They are manufactured with thin lace sewn on top of the cap. Individual hairs are then sewn onto the thin lace. Each lace wig has lace all around the unit which will need to be cut prior to securing the wig to your head. You will need to cut along the hairline around your entire head. By doing so, you will be able to wear your hair anyway you like. You can even style ponytails, updos, etc. Once the wig is successfully applied, it will appear that all the hair is growing directly from your head!
What is a lace front wig?
Lace front wig is hand-made with lace front cap & machine weft at back.
Lace front wigs are manufactured with a thin lace that extends from ear to ear across the hairline.
When you receive the wig, the lace will be quite long in the front. Cut and style according to your preference, as you will need to apply adhesive along the front of the wig. Once the wig is applied, you will still have a full wig with a very natural appearance
How to make a wig?
When we make a 100% density full lace wigs, our workers should secure 80k - 90k hair stand onto the wig cap. And the whole procedure would take about 30-40 business days.
How long can I expect the wig to last?
The life of your wig will depend on your use and care of it. If handled properly, it should last you 6 months to a year and even longer depending on your handling and use.
What is the difference between human hair and synthetic hair?
There are Two ways to tell the difference between human hair and synthetic hair.
· Burn:
Human hair does not burn easily and will curl when put close to fire. Synthetic hair has the opposite effect. Synthetic hair has a plastic smell, while human hair smells just like your own natural hair. After burning, human hair will turn to ash while synthetic hair melts into a sticky ball.
· Color and style:
Synthetic hair typically cannot be re-colored or restyled. Human hair is much more versatile. Synthetic hair cannot be re-colored and restyled while human hair is way more versatile.
How to measure your head for a wig?
In order to buy the lace wigs which can perfectly fit you, you should take your measurements carefully. Before you start pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort the contour of your head.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
3. Ear to Ear across forehead: At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear.
4. Ear to Ear over top: Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.
5. Temple to Temple round back: From temple to temple across the back of head.
6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.
How do I choose the right lace wig cap construction?
When it comes to lace wigs, there are many different types of cap constructions, and they all have their advantages and drawbacks. Which one you choose depends on a variety of factors. Below are some examples of the most common ones, including their advantages and disadvantages. You can use this as a decision guide when placing a custom order.

This lace cap is convenient for wearing and securing for application without glue (or with a little glue) so as to be very suitable for customers who are allergic to glue.
>>Advantages:
Glue-less cap is user friendly because it comes ready to wear and more versatile. Besides, it does not require the use of adhesive (glue) while wearing.
>>Disadvantages:
As the glueless lace wigs are secured by combs/pins, if not properly secured, it is easy for the wig to slip or slide away.
6" lace in front and machine weft at back, in front is handmade. Very natural hairline in front.
>>Advantages:
No need to adhere the nape of the wig (you onlyneed to glue it/ or secure it down from ear to ear), A great option for beginners.
>>Disadvantages:
High ponytail is not available with this cap, and you can only part it as far as the lace panel extends.
Full lace cap with stretch in crown can be adjusted in crown.
>>Advantages:
Great for beginners who are unsure of their measurements! Hair can be worn up in a high ponytail.
>>Disadvantages:
Needs to be glued down.
Full lace cap with ear to ear stretch can be adjusted in Circumference.
>>Advantages:
Great for beginners who are unsure of their measurements!

Wearing the hair up in the areas above the ear may be a problem. Needs to be glued down.
This cap style doesn't have stretch. It can be used by women with no or scarce hair. This cap style has lace all around the perimeter and allows you to wear your hair in updos and high ponytails. And when glued down, it will give you a natural hairline all around the perimeter. It can be parted anywhere throughout the unit.
>>Advantages:
Great for styles that require the hair to be free parted.
>>Disadvantages:
This cap is not recommended for beginners who are unsure of their measurements. Needs to be glued down.
This cap type contains a piece of silk (usually located in the front centre of the cap and 4*4 in size) through which individual hairs are injected.
>>Advantages:
Invisible knots in the area of the silk base, which gives a more realistic illusion that the hair is growing directly from your scalp.
>>Disadvantages:
The color of the silk base could possibly not match the color of your own scalp completely.

What is the yaki texture and what is the difference between yaki and silky?
The yaki texture is a result of the process we do to your wig that adds a micro kink to the hair strands to mimic ethnic hair that is relaxed and/or textured. The silky straight hair texture is the natural state of the Indian Hair as it comes from the donor. If you are Caucasian, we recommend you choose silky texture.
How to choose a appropriate length of the wigs?
What are bleached knots?
By this, the knot will be a lighter and the whole lace wig will look more natural similar as its own natural hair. On dark color hair, we suggest you to use this procedure. The lace wig with bleached knots will also look natural.
What is a widow’s peak and natural hairline?
A Widow's peak is M shaped hairline or Pointed Hairline. For this, your front hairline makes the shape of a M or comes down in a point above forehead.
A natural hairline is a straight hairline. For this, the hair is growing out of scalp straightly above forehead.
Will the lace wig have a natural look?
Yes, our wig has a natural looking hairline with baby hair.
Hairline:
when you wear the lace wigs correctly according to our user guide, the hairline will have a natural look, just similar as your own hair growing from your scalp.
Parting:
All of our full lace wigs can be parted anywhere.
Baby hair:
Our inventory wigs all have baby hair around the perimeter, baby hair all around the perimeter which makes the lace wig have a more natural looking.
High ponytail:
You can wear your wig in a high ponytail once you secure the wig around the entire perimeter of your head. You will need a cap construction that is made with lace around the perimeter, for example, a full lace wig is very suitable for a high ponytail style.
What is a pre-plucked lace wig?
In order to make the hairline to get a much natural looking, we have plucked the hairline. You needn’t do too much extra work on the hairline. Because the hairline will just look like your own. See the pictured difference below.

How to make a lace wig look natural?
1. You want to start by brushing all of your hair back and making sure it is laid down flat.
2.Put your stocking cap over your head. After brushing the wig, place it on your ahead, on top of the stocking cap.
3. Spray a light mist of water on the parting area to slick it down. Afterwards, tie it down with a scarf. It is even better if you tie it with a scarf overnight.
4. Slide the wig combs that are attached to the wig into your head to ensure a snug fit.
5.For a more natural appearance, bring out some of your hair around the edge to blend well with the front of the wig. You can also create a line coming from the lace onto your real scalp to make this area look as realistic as possible.
6. Then use concealer or powder that is the same shade of your scalp. Don't focus the concealer too much on the line of the demarcation between your hair and the lace wig. It is better to focus on the lace and your scalp, because when you are focusing too much on that line, it will obvious be too wiggy.
7. Then you want to lay the edges down with your mousse or a light gel you like to use.

How to customize a natural hairline on a full lace wig & create baby hairs?

Tools you will need:
- T pins
- Tweezers
- Cosmetic razor
Now for the baby hair!
Trim the hair with a small cosmetic razor across the hairline; start with a small, 1-inch section at the center of the forehead. Do not attempt to trim too large a section. It is important to use very small sections.
Apply some edge control and gently brush over the baby hairs along the hairline and into place.
How to fix the lace wig on your head tightly?
Here is a useful tip for you:
Step 1: Prepare a piece of relatively wide elastic band.
Step 2: Take the measurement from ear to ear across the back of head.
Step 3: Whatever the amount of inches is , for example, let’s say 13 inches. Then, you want to take away about 3 inches from that number to figure out how long your piece of elastic band should be.
Step 4: Sew both ends of the elastic or tape near the position of the ears inside the wig cap.
Step 5: Starting with the elastic band first, adjust the wig onto your head. T Make sure it's on and secure.
Step 6: Use the tail of your comb to pull out the hairs left in the front. Pull out as much hair as you would personally like. If you have a widow's peak, always make sure that your widow's peak is showing in the front of the wig so that it gives you a natural hairline.
Step 7: Then you can take whatever makeup, foundation or powder that you use to blend the part. Then you will see that the front is very natural.
How to freely part your wig?
This video shows how to freely part your wig:
1. Part the hair to where you want it to be.
2. Blow-dry the hair from the roots all the way down. Repeat the same method on each part for about 3-5 times until the part is set.
3. There you have a perfect and flat part.

Note: Don't blow-dry the hair when it's all wet, otherwise, it would result in frizzy and matted. We suggest you blow-dry the hair either when it's dry or not fully dry.
How to tame fly-aways hair?
This video shows how to tame flyaways of a wig.
Method 1. Apply Flyaway Tamer evenly on top of your head to prevent short hair from sticking up. Here we use John Frieda Full Repair Touch-Up Flyaway Tamer.
Method 2. Flat iron the short hair to keep it from sticking up. Make sure the heat is appropriate to prevent any heat damage.
Method 3. Put some water and conditioner on fly always. Then wrap with a scarf about 1 hour to flatten the short hair.
How do I straighten a curly wig or bring the curls back?
This video resolves confusion towards our curly wigs whether they can be straightened or reverted back to its original curly style.

Detangling the hair before straightening is vital. You need to comb the hair smoothly and then slowly straighten it with your flat iron.
When the hair was totally straightened, it will go back to curly if you wash it.

How to detangle your curly hair unit?
The Proper Way To Detangle The Curly Unit:
What you will need is rat-tail comb, spray bottle and hair conditioner
1. Separate your hair into sections
2. Grab each section in the middle and you want to smooth the bottom hair first by using the pointed end of the rat tail comb. DO NOT USE THE FRONT PART OF THE COMB.
3. Then you want to smooth the whole section from the root to the very end by using the pointed end of the comb. That way, the frizz would be easily detangled.
4. After the smooth job is done, don't forget to fix it and spray your hair with the conditioner mist. Then there you have a beautiful puffy curly unit.
The Wrong Way To Detangle The Curly Unit:
Don't Use a Brush: You don't want to use brush to comb your curly hair unit. With the brush, you can accidentally pull out hairs.
*TIP: Don’t use a wide tooth comb on dry hair. A very wide tooth comb should be used only on damp hair or you may accidentally pull some hairs out.
How do I to wash & lay a straight wig?
1. The very first thing I'm gonna do is make sure have my parting nice and neat.
2. Wet the hair and wash with the shampoo of your choice.
3. Thoroughly rinse the shampoo and apply conditioner all over the hair.
4. Wrap the hair with a towel, or preferably a T-shirt, to gently squeeze out the excess water.
5. Gently detangle the hair.
6. Let the wig air dry.

Can I shower or swim with lace wig on? How can I care it after swimming?
Yes, you can wear your lace wig when swimming.However if you have used an adhesive, make sure that it is water proof
However, your hair may be damaged by chlorine and salt water and these damages cannot be repaired. So, it is suggested not to make your expensive lace wig touched with chlorine or salt water. If you suggest to do this, you should make sure that the hair will be washed and deep conditioned once after your swimming.
How do I style a bob?
1. Comb through your bob.
2. Use a volumising lotion if you have fine hair, if you have thick or hair with a lot of volume, use a small amount of L'Oréal Kérastase Aqua-Oleum to your mid-length and ends.
3. Flat iron the hair all the way down and for the hair at the back, you want to leave 1-3 inches at the bottom to curl them up to your neck direction.
4. To hold the style and create shine, use a light hair spray or shine spray, such as Tigi Head Rush
PS: The wave pattern depends on your personal preference and the hair length.
How do I get side sexy bangs?
Start off by parting the bang into 3-4 sections. Use the curling wand (about 32mm) to roll each section at medium heat and let the curls sit on your head for a few seconds before you release them.
Then, put all the sections together into one and brush them through 4-6 times. Fix the bang with your hand if necessary.
That's it! Perfect Bangs!
We also highly suggest you apply heat protectant before you use the flat iron or curl wand to avoid any heat damage.

Tools you need: a paddle brush or a comb, bobby pins, and a hair tie.
1. Pull your hair back into a high ponytail as high on your head as you can make it. Make it as slick as possible, tying all the loose hairs in the elastic hair tie. If your hair is very thick or long, you should probably use two hair bands.
2. Use the bobby pins to secure the ear flaps.
3. Twist the hair into a circular shape around the elastic.
4. Secure the knot with hairpins. Begin from the base of the bun to keep it solidly in place. Then pin in any loose ends that won't sit in the bun of their own accord.
How do I cut my bangs?
Here is an easy way to trim your bangs at home:
1. Visualize where you would like your bangs to hang and gather the desired bang hair to a point in the center of your face.
2. Twist the hair around 2 to 3 times.
3. Cut the desired length using one snip.
4. Comb your bangs and style as desired.

Just about anybody! Whether you run a large commercial web site, a small personal blog, a non-profit site, or anything in between, you're welcome to apply to join the program.
Does it cost anything to participate?
No! As long as you are active referrers, all you need to do is keep sharing and collect your commissions.
How are sales tracked from my site?
Once your application is accepted, you will be given a unique referral coupon which will ensure that the sales coming from you is properly tracked. You can check your referral sale in the affiliate section of your account.
Order change & cancellation policy
- All stock order information can be freely changed and cancelled within 24 hours;Once beyond that time,some handling fee will be charged.
- All custom orders can change detailed information and be cancelled freely within 48 hours once placing the custom order.
- A 10% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the change or cancellation of custom wigs after 48 hours.
Return & exchange policy
The goal at RPGShow is creating high-quality full lace human wigs. We understand that sometimes a wig may not be suitable for a customer, or a mistake is made while ordering, which is why we provide a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy.
Below are the details:
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of lace wigs
that have not been cut, tampered or altered. Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, due to this we do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
- Please within 14 days once received.
(Beyond 7 business days, we do not offer free exchange or free return service)
(Please maintain contact during this period) - All wigs except for cap construction and cap size can be freely exchanged
(In the event the customer made an error in choosing cap construction or cap size,
we may charge a $30 restocking and handling fee.) - Custom wigs will be charged for the marking of this merchandise if they want to return this wig , please contact customer service for more details.
- We only provide one -time complimentary exchange service, a $30 restocking and handling fee will be charged for the second exchange.
- Clearance wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & exchange process
Step 1
Please contact our RPGshow service representatives within 14 days of receipt of your wig.

Please indicate the reason or reasons you want to exchange or return your wig and please attach any applicable pictures.
Step 2
Our customer service representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days. (except for holidays and vacations) After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return &Exchange address for you to send your unit to.
Step 3
Please ship wig back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. You're also responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $8-$12 for U.S. customers.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
For customers outside of the US, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than FedEx, Ups, DHL and etc.

Repair services
Our customers can enjoy a one -time complimentary repair service for their unit within three months of purchase(except some man-made serious damage). If you wish to have your wig repaired after 3 months, you will be charged a fee based on the repair that needs to be done. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
Please contact our customer service before returning wigs because we need to make sure whether or not it can be repaired.

How do I purchase a ticket?
To purchase a ticket, you can visit this link and scroll to the section labeled "Book Reservations." From there you can select a date, time, and click the "Reserve Now" button
Are walk-ins allowed?
Tickets are available on a limited basis. Therefore, it is best to reserve your ticket ahead of time to ensure a spot. Walk-ins, who would like to buy tickets at the event, may do so if they are still available. However, people with pre-purchased tickets will be given priority.
Can I bring any guests or children?
Only guests with tickets will be allowed entrance. Please do not bring any extra guests or children.
Are the tickets refundable?
Tickets are refundable up until 48 hours before the event start date on October 20th, 10am. If you would like to change or cancel your ticket, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
What are the VIP tickets?
VIP ticket holders are entitled to a VIP shopping experience that includes personalized, one on one consultation services with our master hair stylists. In addition, VIP ticket holders will receive a $100 coupon to go towards the purchase of your wig. In the interest of safety and hygiene, please do not bring used wigs to the venue for a wig application. Only wigs purchased at the boutique or pre-purchased online at RPGShow.comcan be used for your wig application.
What services are included in the wig application?
The wig application will include the application of the wig in addition to basic styling, cutting, and layering of the wig to give you a more personalized wig application. In addition, you can request a glue or glueless application.All VIP ticket holders will be contacted before the event to find out their preferences.
Preparing for the wig application.
If you are to receive a wig application at the event, please come prepared with clean hair that is braided down.
If I purchase a VIP ticket and decide not to purchase a wig, what will happen to my coupon?
For VIP tickets, you are entitled to receive a wig application for your purchased unit. If you decide not to purchase a wig at the event, you can save the $100 coupon and use it on the RPG Show website at a later time.
If I buy a shopping experience ticket, can I upgrade at the event?
VIP tickets are limited so it is possible there will not be an open appointment time for upgrades, however if there is still space, yes you will be able to upgrade your ticket. However, priority will be given to those who have pre-purchased their ticket.
Do I get to pick my stylist before the event?
Ticket holderswill not be allowed to pre-choose a particular stylist before the event as stylists will be assigned to clients at random by RPG staff. All of the master stylists at the event are highly trained and experienced professionals so rest assured you are in great hands!
Can my VIP $100 coupon be used on MyFirstWig units?
Yes, the $100 coupon can be use on any wig purchased at the shop, including the MyFirstWig units.
Can I pre-purchase my wig online using the $100 coupon?
Only wigs on RPG Show.com are available for pre-purchase before the event. The units ordered with your $100 coupon wig would be mailed to you and you would need to make sure to bring the wig with you if you wish to have it applied by our master stylist. Although only RPG Show wigs are available for pre-purchase online, at the event, you can use your $100 coupon on any wigs, including My First Wig units.
